In line with its mission to enhance the presence of professional competencies and expertise, and to solidify the value of training, knowledge transfer, and capacity building, the United Nations Training and Information Centre (UN MTC) highlights the experience of Dr. Nasreen Hussein Mahya, a member, trainer, and Goodwill Ambassador for the organization. Her professional presence combines specialization in institutional excellence with extensive training experience, exemplified by her role in designing and delivering the “Leaders of Institutional Excellence” program at the Makkah Health Cluster.

The program concluded under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Hatem bin Ahmed Al-Amri, CEO of the Makkah Health Cluster, with the active participation of the cluster’s leaders and a number of institutional excellence consultants and experts. It culminated a practical training journey aimed at strengthening the transfer of institutional excellence concepts from theory to practice, and establishing excellence as a supportive approach to achieving the cluster’s aspirations and future vision.

Dr. Nasreen Hussein Mahya emphasized that this journey was not merely a training experience, but a rich professional experience that combined work, passion, and learning.
