The program concluded under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Hatem bin Ahmed Al-Amri, CEO of the Makkah Health Cluster, with the active participation of the cluster’s leaders and a number of institutional excellence consultants and experts. It culminated a practical training journey aimed at strengthening the transfer of institutional excellence concepts from theory to practice, and establishing excellence as a supportive approach to achieving the cluster’s aspirations and future vision.

Dr. Nasreen Hussein Mahya emphasized that this journey was not merely a training experience, but a rich professional experience that combined work, passion, and learning. She noted that the achievement was the fruit of trust, support, empowerment, and collaborative teamwork. She added that what allowed this journey to grow and become a reality was the supportive and enabling leadership environment provided by the Makkah Health Cluster, where the cluster’s values were embodied in practice: empowering trust, integrated work, and a passion that drives excellence, giving talent the space to take initiative and make a difference. This experience reflects the widespread presence of the organization’s members, trainers, and goodwill ambassadors in their respective fields, and the contribution that professional expertise can make to knowledge exchange, the development of practices, and the creation of impact, thus reinforcing the value of integrating experience, training, and application in work environments.
